Return Policies
We offer a 7-day return policy. Therefore, you have one week from the day your item arrives to decide whether to return it. If you intend to return a product, please make sure the product is in its original packaging and hasn't been opened. If the product isn't in its original packaging, we can't accept returns. However, if your order is defective, or disappears inadvertently. Send us an email within seven days of delivery. We'll investigate the issue and provide a replacement or a refund as a resolution. Don't forget to include a clear photo that highlights the problem you're experiencing. Please be aware that we cannot accept returned items without a prior return request. Verify your order. As soon as your order arrives, please take a moment to check it. Send us a message right away if you notice any damages or defects, or if it's not the item you ordered. We're here to help and we'll make sure to address any problems you might be having.
Alert Regarding Your Refund. Following receipt and inspection of your return, we promise to keep you informed. If your refund request has been granted or denied, you'll be the first to know. If you receive a favorable answer, your refund will appear in your original payment method within just 10 business days! But don't worry if it takes some time to appear; it might take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to process it and make it visible in your account.
