Canada Post Regular Parcel is what we use for regular shipping. Please be aware that there are no guarantees for tracking or delivery date once your package has left our location.
In the event of incorrectly calculated fees or for expedited delivery, our shipping terms permit the use of various couriers instead of Canada Post. If courier rates change and there are additional shipping costs, customers will be emailed and given an invoice for the additional fees.
Zandyanns Naturel prioritizes safe delivery and will not be responsible for any packages that are stolen. We will offer assistance in filing a claim with the courier if a package disappears after delivery. However, the courier must formally confirm that the package has been declared lost or undelivered before a reshipment or refund can be handled.
Additional insurance will be applied to orders that total $100 or more before taxes; orders under this amount will not be fully covered. Delivery of orders totaling $100 or more requires a signature. If customers choose to ignore this requirement by specifying it in their order, they will forfeit all insurance coverage for any losses or damages sustained. This applies to all Canada and USA orders.
Our shipping procedure places a strong emphasis on reliability and efficiency, ensuring that orders are processed quickly. Please be advised that we do not package or ship items on weekends or holidays; instead, our couriers only work during the week. Orders are usually ready for shipping the next business day or within 24 hours. Orders submitted after 4:00 PM will be handled the following day.
Order preparation is not included in the estimated shipping times provided by Zandyanns Naturel, which are based on courier calculations. Because we have no control over the delivery process once the order is shipped from our facility, Zandyanns Naturel is unable to guarantee exact delivery times.
When your order is prepared for pickup, you will receive an email notification. Kindly wait for this confirmation before visiting our location. If a third party will be picking up your order, please include the full name of the person picking up your order in the order notes. Orders cannot be released without the designated person presenting a valid form of identification. Before receiving the order, the person picking it up needs to print their name and sign it for accountability.
For pick-up orders, You will receive an email reminder to let you know when the items are available, and they will be held for 7 days after the order date. Orders that are not picked up in this amount of time will be automatically canceled. Do not hesitate to contact us for help if you run into any problems.
If an order is left unclaimed at the post office, customers will receive an email notification; however, unclaimed packages will not be sent again. Since unclaimed orders will not be refunded, it is the customer's responsibility to pick up their items within 7 days of purchase.
